Returns

Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don't have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.
In case of any damaged products, the concern should be raised within 48 hours of delivery via a call or email on customer chat support, this includes Sunday's as well.

Amazing smell coupled with weak longevity.
First things first, the order took almost a week to get delivered as there was a massive delay in shipping the products. Now, coming to the perfume… The smell is good, but it surely lacks in performance. I’ve kept it to macerate and I plan to use it next summer probably. Coming to the complimentary samples received, the Jimmy Choo ones were really nice but the YSL Y decant was empty when it arrived. If anyone is planning to get this, I’d say go for a different one be it a 100ml at the same price as this because longevity is very important.
