As dawn breaks and the doors of the garden close, a serene stillness settles over the Palais Royal. The pale marble, warmed by the sun's lingering touch, emits a gentle heat, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and solace. The lush greenery of the garden embraces this moment of serenity, as if offering its soothing embrace to all who wander within its confines. The trees, reaching out with open arms, create a canopy of shelter and sanctuary.

Under the cover of darkness, the night's embrace extends its reach, casting long shadows that stretch beneath the grand arcades of the palace. The garden takes on an ethereal quality, encircled by mysterious alcoves that seem to hold secrets within their depths. In the midst of this nocturnal atmosphere, a figure moves silently, its presence barely discernible. As you raise your gaze, your eyes are drawn to the seven windows of the palace, their dark panes resembling large, enigmatic eyes peering out into the world. Delivery

We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text. In case the customer has paid for Express delivery and the shipment reaches you after 4 business days, then the 99 INR paid will be refunded post delivery.

Returns

We are committed to provide you the best of service and experience.Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that we do accept returns in case of an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the customer.

Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don't have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.

In case of any damaged products, the concern should be raised within 48 hours of delivery via a call or email on customer chat support, this includes Sunday's as well.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you in the process.


Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
