Opus VII - Reckless Leather is an olfactory tribute to the pursuit of peace amidst the conflicts and uncertainties that shape our lives. The composition opens with a vibrant burst of green notes, representing the intensity of life and growth. A white Cardamom adds a touch of elegance, while Galbanum and Pink Pepper contribute contrasting sensations of freshness and bitterness. Lemony Nutmeg enhances the aromatic complexity, creating a dynamic interplay of scents.

As the fragrance evolves, a metallic dust note emerges, reminiscent of smoky and nutty Fenugreek. It evokes both intrigue and familiarity, symbolizing the conflicting emotions and experiences we encounter on our journey. The interplay of certainty and doubt is captured in this complex blend.

Delivery

We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text. In case the customer has paid for Express delivery and the shipment reaches you after 4 business days, then the 99 INR paid will be refunded post delivery.

Returns

We are committed to provide you the best of service and experience.Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that we do accept returns in case of an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the customer.

Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don't have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.

In case of any damaged products, the concern should be raised within 48 hours of delivery via a call or email on customer chat support, this includes Sunday's as well.
