Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don't have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it's at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case. In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection. Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.

"Bentley man Intense" immediately smells like a product of much higher quality than its price point would suggest. It’s a boozy, leathery character. It stays long. It’s lovely, and at this price point, that’s exceptional.

I ordered this just before Holi and have it in hand already! Kudos to PN for such a quick turnaround. Also, the packaging was immaculate. The bottle was well protected and there were no dents and blemishes anywhere. Enjoyed reading through the welcome note and found two decant samples (refer to the images) included with the star of the show. This is a very unique EDP. It does not remind me of any other fragrance I have ever owned and that says a lot! Already wore it today and got a bunch of compliments. It lives up to its name so use it sparingly. I have already shortlisted my next pick-ups. Time to add them to the wishlist and pull the trigger now and then ;)

I have used thus perfume several times till now,and everytime this gives a very special feel.. It is not like an used to perfume.. Creates its own impact everytime I use this.. And it's such a smooth blend of class and temptation.. Makes me wait for the next time I use this, and is a huge compliment getter..
